i'm lovin' it...

sitting at home on a friday night. not usually something i'd find myself doing (simply because i have certain friends that i hang out w/ like every weekend...not because i'm cool by any means whatsoever). but being that i just got home from the grandparents' and most of my friends are out of town anyway.....i'm here. being pretty much the reason i created this in the first place. but that being beside the point, i'll move on. most people finding themselves at home on a friday night would sigh and complain to themselves that they don't have friends or aren't popular enough or some kind of nonsense like that. but i am enjoying it so much. i mean....yes, if i were with friends, we would, for the most part, be doing pointless things anyway. (aka: driving around, going to random gas stations b/c we missed our exit and then deciding to go to schnucks to see if jason is working and then he's not so we get dissapointed and sometime rent a movie anyway....sometimes not, etc....) but my point IS that i'm not w/ friends. and i find it quite relaxing actually. it's only 9:45 and i have plenty of things that i can think of to do tonight. my weekends are usually packed but tonight.....tonight is the night that i can get some of those things done that i'm usually too busy to do. so.....i am telling all of you who are reading this post (which is probably equivilent to about 3) that i am a nerd. and very proud of it. now if you'll excuse me....i need to go sew my jeans :-D
