"If it's not too late for coffee..."

Tonight...Or technically last night, I suppose...
I ventured to Greenville College in Greenville, IL. As I rode, I rode with the top down. Resulting in hott hott hair and freezing cold hands. I arrived, I waited, I sat on the stage while eating my Subway. And then it started. One of the most amazing shows I have ever seen. Observer's distance was up first. They were good, I quite enjoyed it. Aah, yes, but then....a group called Solafide played. They were pretty much amazing. I am pretty much in love. Brandon Ross (the lead singer) spit on me several times, in the least. I found it humorous. I thought pretty flipping sweet that I was actually standing that close. I thought it awkward at the beginning. But then I thought about the fact the the picture-taking aspect of the closeness would be quite the benefit. After that, the awkwardness became much less existent. Brandon also fell on me during the concert. You see, the stage was about 6 inches off of the ground and well...it ended a tid more abruptly than I fear he'd expected. I was standing right in front of him so, fortunately, I was there to break his fall. He was a pretty cool kid, from what I observed. My favorite part was his star tattoo on his arm. It was amazing. I wanted to kiss him for it. It made me want one even more. It was EXACTLY what I want. Oh, Jealousy... Moving along....Solafide finished their set. And then came Copeland. It was simply amazing. Once again, I was standing about 6 inches away from the roughly 6 inch high stage. So, pretty much, Aaron Marsh was about a foot in front of me. And, yes, he too spit on me. Quite the lot of times. I took many pictures. But never too many. I got a group picture of various members of various bands with lauren and me. I do believe all of Solafide was there though, if my memory serves me correctly. Then Aaron Marsh. Why does it matter? I hate it when I do that.
Anyway...my final point is this::
I encountered God many times today. Including during the concert. I sang to Him, I sang with Him, and I simply had a good time with him. During one of Solafide's songs, I, out of nowhere, had this vision in my head of Jesus standing next to me with his hands in his pockets, nodding his head to the beat of the music. I'm not sure where it came from and it didn't last long, but regardless of technicalities, it made me smile. It was a simple reminder of His incredible ability to sweep me off my feet.
And in conclusion - it was an amazing day. With an amazing concert. Leaving me with an amazing feeling. Hehe, I am now complete.

Carpe Diem??

"If tomorrow I wake with a knock on the door and death to greet me when I open it, I will smile and go willingly. For I am living just to die and when I die, I'll begin living."

I was flipping through one of my notebooks tonight and I came across this "Quote" that I had written. And when I first began reading it, I thought to myself, "Hmm...that's a pretty good quote, I wonder where I got it from." Then at the end I saw "--me". I was surprised at that. Siimply because I cannot remember writing it. I'm sure it was probably about 3 o' clock in the morning at the time that I wrote it but the fact that I can't remember it strikes me as odd. Nevertheless, I think I like the quote. Plus I hadn't posted for a while.

PS - I'm sick. I've been sick since roughly Sunday night. And I'm not enjoying it whatsoever. I've been constnatly coughing...I sound like an old woman on crack. Haha, I love that comparison. I think I'll use it more often.

The power sleep holds - hurts me so good

In the past 38 hours, I've gotten approximately two hours of sleep.
But now, my friends.....
aah, yes, 'tis now that my slumber awaits me.
A very smart, charming, amazingly good looking young woman once said,
"Sleep sound, love...
for the morning comes quickly.
So go to sleep
dream your dreams.
For you will soon be awakened by the cruel sun's sharp rays shining in through your window and underneath your eyes."
Well...it was something to that effect. I have trouble recollecting my own quotes. Hmm. Nevertheless...goodnight, loves...Goodnight.

I'm just getting a little T.O.'d...

things that make me mad:

--throwing up (especially as much as i have been lately)

--people who MAKE themselves throw up

(which leads me to....)

--people who feel sorry for themselves.

(which leads me to...)

--abortion

--internet lingo

--clones (even if they're of a different sort)

--lazy, rich people

(which leads me to...)

--lazy people in general

--no clean socks

--racisism

(which leads me to...)

--people making a big deal about things that aren't really racist

--hoochie mamas

(which leads me to...)

--prostitots

(which leads me to...)

--people who dress their small children in hoey clothes, resulting in a pregnancy at the age of 14

(which again leads me to...)

--abortion

--work (i have to start soon, ugh)

--most small children

(and last but not least...)

--me making lists like this that no one reads anyway.

there are many many more things....but i shan't make you suffer through them now, shall i?

LOVEly lyrics....

Why do you love me? Why do you love me? Why do you love me?
It's driving me crazy.

Wait.....they don't love you like i love you.

...Love is like a role that we play

Say anything.....
...But say what you mean.
